CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The lock on the front door does not work. The carpet is damaged but I’m sure you already know that. There needs to be a clock in the dining room and clocks in the bedrooms. We really loved the peacefulness of the decorations. The beds were great and loved having extra blankets when it turned cold. Really the only thing we had a problem with was the door. We really enjoyed our stay! Location was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t understand was us bring or buying toilet paper, spices, etc. While visiting with the local restaurants, grocery stores, and local folks, we found out the snow birds have a reputation of stealing these items. Really! So very sad. We enjoyed the pool, walks on the beach and visiting local historic sites. Despite the rain we really enjoyed our stay!- Leann R , Posted: 02/09/2021
We were very impressed with this condo. It looks even better than the pictures. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is spacious and great proximity and view of the beach. This was a perfect place for my family’s Christmas get-a-way. My husband passed away this year after a nine year battle with colon cancer and we wanted to do something totally different to get through Christmas. Listening to the waves were healing to my soul. The condo was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The complex even had a heated pool so the grandkids could swim. Close to everything we needed.
