* Vehicle Limit: A maximum of two vehicles per reservation is strictly enforced by onsite security.
* Oversized Vehicles/Trailers: Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted on-site due to space constraints.
* Overflow Parking: For additional vehicles or oversized parking needs, off-site options are available. Please contact our team for more info.

To ensure a seamless start to your vacation at Summer House, we stock each condo with a starter set of essentials. Bathrooms are equipped with a single set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, you’ll find a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags, designed to cover your first night’s needs. As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel. Please plan to bring any additional supplies you’ll need for the duration of your stay. We’re here to help you kick off your vacation with ease—reach out if you have any questions!

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION
* Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to reserve this property. A valid ID and signed reservation agreement are required to confirm your booking.
* Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at this property.
* Parking Regulations: All vehicles must display a valid parking permit to avoid towing by security. Oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers are strictly prohibited.
* Property Rules: Guests are required to follow all posted rules and regulations at Summer House to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
* Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
