CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Loved the ice maker. Great investment. AC stopped working and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Comfortable furniture. Would stay again for sure. Only negatives- invest in potholders for the kitchen. Need a vacuum or better broom for sand.- Mike P , Posted: 02/09/2021
The condo was exactly as was represented on the listing. It was very clean and the interior design was outstanding and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook in. There were plenty of luxury bath, hand towels and wash cloths supplied. This beachfront condo was everything we expected, and more! The Gulf views were amazing and we spent hours on the balcony relaxing to the sounds of the waves.
