Silver Beach is 8 stories tall and has only 47 condos. The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!!
The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!
Unit 404 at Silver Beach is a gorgeous condo! This condo was just purchased by a new owner. The unit is completely updated! The condo is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! You will find two bedrooms. The master features a king sized bed, large TV, private full bath, large closet, gorgeous gulf front views, and access to the gulf front balcony!
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV, and access to a full sized bath.
An air mattress is stocked with linens to accommodate 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need!
The new living room furniture is extremely comfortable. The 65" smart TV is great for gameday or your favorite movie!!
The dining room comfortably sits 4! You will find three more dining seats at the kitchen bar!!
The gulf front deck is very large and provides a wonderful outdoor living area with a large outdoor sofa and 2 oversized club chairs!

* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We loved our stay here. The king bed was very comfortable. It was a little too warm to enjoy the balcony but the furnishing were very comfortable and would have been great if not so hot! Very nice, pictures and description exactly as promised. Condo perfect for us, maybe a little tight for 4. Everything provided, even 2 hair dryers. We really enjoyed our time. Unfortunately, the beach closed due to COVID-19 during our stay, but we will definitely return. The location is excellent, & the beach was beautiful. Condo was just as described, & everything was clean & nicely decorated. Upon arrival, we noticed the air mattress was missing, but after contacting the owner, it was quickly resolved with a new air mattress delivered. There’ were a couple of beach chairs, but no beach toys. However, we left a bunch of beach toys for future guests to enjoy. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still cleaning the condo are the property manager ended up compensating us for that (very appreciative of that). The first morning the coffee pot leaked all over the counter, so the property manager have another coffee pot delivered by that afternoon.
