PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Romar Cottage (House 18) is luxurious, spacious, beautiful, and comfortable! This home’s unique design features the living room, dining, and kitchen areas all on the second/top level. From this level, you have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico (see the pics)! You can watch the sun glisten of the Gulf while you make breakfast from the kitchen, relax on the sofa, or have coffee on the spacious deck! The home also overlooks the pool. Water views everywhere to calm the soul!!

The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed to provide space and comfort for large or small groups. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, but if you find that you do need something…just phone or text us and we will have it delivered immediately! A large dining table accommodates 8 – 10 guests with seating for 5 more at the kitchen bar. Off the dining room, you will find a butler’s pantry and guest powder room (half bath).

Two bedrooms are found on the second/top level of the home. Three additional bedrooms and a den/media room with pull out sofa is found on the main level.

Spacious decks with plenty of seating are found on both levels of the home.

Outside you will find a gas grill, private outdoor shower, and complimentary beach gear.

The home is equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

In the laundry room you will find full sized washer, full sized dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Bedroom Information: All beds are dressed in fresh linens and fresh white quilts between every guest!!

All bedrooms are oversized with private bathrooms and TV’s.

No parking fee at this home and there is plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles.

LOCATION
Cottages at Romar is located directly on a stretch of over 500’ of pristine sugar white sand beach on Perdido Beach Blvd towards the west end of Orange Beach. The community is nestled among many other residential neighborhoods and private beach homes. The beach in this area is quieter and less crowded than other parts of our area. Cottages of Romar is gated and private, but only a short drive to all the area’s best restaurants, fun activities, and nightlife!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. 

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
