PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Mauna Loa is located in Cottages at Romar, Orange Beach’s newest gulf front community. At Cottages at Romar, beautifully designed homes with gorgeous architecture form a charming beach community. They share 500’ of gorgeous beach front; a large, resort styled zero entry pool; fire pit; and boardwalk to the beach.

Mauna Loa sits from the beach overlooking the pool. The sounds of waves crashing fill the air at Mauna Loa…and the gulf breeze almost never stops. The home does offer some views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from multiple rooms and the 2 covered porches. The home has a shared back yard where families can play or picnic. The home is built up on pilings which creates extra space underneath with room for parking, playing, grilling (gas grill is available for guests to use), and dining on the custom bar area. The owner has recently updates this area with a custom grilling station and bar. A bathroom and shower is also found on the ground level. The home is stocked with beach chairs and a beach cart for guests to use.

Inside the home you will find 2 living levels - one upstairs and one down. Natural light floods this entire home in the most perfect way…keeping both the home and occupants refreshed and happy!

The main living level features a very large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has ample comfortable seating and a large HDTV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. A master suite with a large bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and walk in shower is also found on the main level.  Conveniently, a guest half bath and full sized laundry room is found on the main level as well.

A large deck is found off the main living area and features a dining table and an outdoor living room style sitting area.

The top floor features another master suite with a large bath, 2 guest bedrooms each with private baths, a den with a pull out sofa, and a wet bar/coffee station. A covered deck with sitting area is found off the den and second master on the top floor.

LOCATION
Cottages at Romar is located directly on a stretch of over 500’ of pristine sugar white sand beach on Perdido Beach Blvd towards the west end of Orange Beach. The community is nestled among many other residential neighborhoods and private beach homes. The beach in this area is quieter and less crowded than other parts of our area. Cottages of Romar is gated and private, but only a short drive to all the area’s best restaurants, fun activities, and nightlife!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
