Great place to stay! Super clean condo and it was an easy walk down to the beach! We would love to come back!

The primary reason we booked this condo was because of the beach views in the photos. The photos could not have been more accurate! The view was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. Our last day was when Tropical Storm Bertha made landfall, which was an experience in itself! The hosts were quick to respond to text messages and were very helpful when we realized we had left a blanket behind after checking out. We had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed in this unit 4 times now. It's always wonderful and a great location. Not a huge condo, so it never feels overcrowded at the beach or pool. We will be back again!

The number one reason to rent at 82 breakers is the location. Top floor so there's no noise from anybody above you, the balcony is shaded all day long so you can enjoy the sound and the site of the beach. From the front door just standing on the beach is less than three minutes and that includes the elevator ride from the eighth floor down to the first floor.The condo is very clean, the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything as described, the washer dryer unit was an excellent bonus so we could go home with clean clothes.The location in Orange Beach, is just excellent as well with world class, restaurants, and local places to eat all within a 5 to 10 minute drive at most.Publix, Walmart, the best donut shop around, are all across the street.The beaches are pristine, white sand, and blue and turquoise water, we woke up four of the seven mornings and could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony as we ate our breakfast before going down to the beach for the day.The Parking is right next to the elevator and I can tell you that we will be coming back again.We live in North Carolina and drive to our beach vacation, we've been to San Marcos Island, Destin, Saint Augustine, and this is the beach that we will come back to again.Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, no complaints at all. Just a perfect place to stay if you're coming to Orange Beach, in Alabama.

We loved this condo. It was super clean. Great decor. Didn't look like a high-trafficked condo. Super easy check-in, quiet, right on the beach, right next to grocery stores & restaurants. Great balcony views. Perfect 4-day weekend for us in April 2026. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was wonderful!!! Loved everything about it from the balcony to the comfort to the location. It was so very clean, which is a BIG plus to us. Everyone was so easy to work with and when they started replacing the roof over our heads they offered to move us. We told them we'd wait and see how long the noise would interrupt our stay. It was only 3 days out of 17 and they offered to discount those three nights which I thought was very nice. We might even look into this exact condo next year or at the least, use Alabama getaways for our coast stays!

The Breakers 82 was just awesome! The unit was super clean, everything worked and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! There were even several games my grandson found and books my daughter and I loved! It was a great stay!

It was a very quiet and peaceful smaller condo complex. No extra charge for parking. The condo itself was outstanding. There was never an extended wait for the elevator. Felt very safe. Easy access to shopping and actually many places within walking distance. The coordination with Alabama Getaway Vacation was very responsive from booking the unit, arrival, during the stay, and on departure.

We really enjoyed Elizabeth's place. It looks exactly like the pictures. The condo building its self is a little older, but elevator works great, they have carts for bringing luggage items back and forth to your car. We were on the 8th floor, beautiful view and easy access to the beach. We were minutes from grocery and dining. Great communication- we would stay here again.
