110 Pass Drive is gorgeous and brand new!! It was completed the first of June 2022. All the furnishings, bedding, mattresses, everything is fresh, comfortable, and brand new! The home has an amazing floor plan with 7 bedrooms (5 of those have access to waterfront decks), 5 full baths, and a guest bath on the main living level! Every room in this home has a water view!! It is amazing! This home is perfect and designed for a large family, multiple families or a gathering of friends!!

LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and some outstanding restaurants. The beach front is easily accessible whether you are directly on the beach, across the road, or just under the pass! West Pass is an ecological treasure chest where Little Lagoon meets the Gulf of Mexico. 110 Pass Drive sits along the bulkhead of West Pass. From here you can see it all!! Sunsets rise over the Lagoon and Gulf of Mexico and then set behind you on the same waterways in the afternoon! Thousands of fish congregate and move through the pass! The fishing is amazing!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. 

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. 

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. 
* Pets are allowed pending payment of a pet fee and signing a pet waiver.
