PARKING INFO
Parking is to be purchased from the front desk on the 3rd floor upon arrival. Each pass is $50 and good for the duration of your stay. There is a 2 parking pass limit. The front desk will also hand out wristbands for your stay.

Gulf front condo located on East Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the Hangout, Pink Pony, Sea and Suds, Picnic Beach, The Market Grocery, Waffle House, Hooters, shopping and much more!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. 

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. 

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. 
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed in parking lot.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.
