Guest Bedroom 1: King Bed (Sleeps 2) plus twin air mattress
Guest Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4)
Guest Bedroom 3: King Bed (sleeps 2)
**We no longer use sofa sleepers in most condos since they often break very easily causing a miserable sleep and seat on the sofa. We now stock most of our properties with high quality double stacked air mattress with built in pump. So easy to plug in and it inflates in moments and the same for deflate! Or just stow away in the large master closet!

This condo is located on Orange Beach, Alabama's gorgeous sugar white beaches, and just minutes to wonderful area dining, family fun, golf, fishing, and nightlife!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* Parking passes not included in reservation - guests are required to register with front desk and purchase on site.
* No smoking allowed.
