You will absolutely LOVE vacationing in this condo! Every room in this condo has an outstanding, unobstructed gulf view!! The bedrooms, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all share amazing gulf front views framed with floor to ceiling windows! It is spectacular! The floor plan is HUGE! There is so much space for everyone! The gulf front deck is tremendous and offers gorgeous views of the shimmering turquoise gulf waters and world famous white sand beaches!!
Inside the condo you will find four bedrooms each with a private bath; a guest bath; oversized gourmet kitchen with island; large dining room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico; wet bar with sink and ice maker; and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The entire condo is very clean with ceramic tile throughout.
Each bedroom has beautiful , unobstructed gulf views and Samsung HDTV's! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and large walk in closet. The large master bath features a garden tub; separate walk in shower; and double vanity with granite counter tops. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed; guest bedroom 2 has full sized beds; and guest bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have private baths with granite vanities.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. There is seating for 8 at the dining table with additional seating found at the kitchen island.
The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer
You can park directly on the 6th floor of the parking deck and walk right directly to your condo entry door - no elevators or stairs!

This was our 4th year to rent a condo in Phoenix West II for the month of February. The condo building is top notch in our opinion. Overall the 3 of us who travel together are extremely positive about our experience there. The suggestions for improvement are minor details that we will suggest/share with the condo owners. We did experience a couple issues with communication but things were resolved quickly. Thank you and we'll see you next year!

We stayed here for our annual "Christmas Get Together". Our family quickly grew of the past 12 months and we had about 20 people (family) over while our 3 girls and boyfriends and us were staying at the condo. But, since this condo is so big and spacious & the outdoor seating was plenty - we had plenty of room and loved the time together with family. The amenities were amazing and the indoor pool and hot tubs on 1st floor were a big hit! Thank you so much for a great Christmas Memory! This property is in our favorites for we will be returning next year!

We spent Thanksgiving here this year and absolutely loved it. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 teens). Although the lazy river was closed due to construction, we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the beach access is amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to find an ice machine in the bar area! We would highly recommend this unit and would only make a couple of suggestions to the management team.: 1 - It would be helpful if there were hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang wet swimsuits and 2 - It seemed like we were a little short of silverware (spoons to be exact). Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The views are gorgeous. The pictures are accurate. One thing that was not mentioned in the description, you can park at the end of the 6th floor close to the condo, so if you have someone who is unable to walk far, this was a great blessing. Also just info for if you have someone who needs help getting around, you can rent a mobility scooter and the company will deliver to condo. This rental is exceptional. Clean, and so much space available. The check in and check out process was easy. Communication with property managers was easy. The inside pool was under construction and the management company notified us and what our options were if that was something that would deter our visit. Which it wasn't. The beds and furniture is comfortable. The only thing is we were expecting a table located on the balcony like in the pictures and it wasn't there. Would have been nice to eat on balcony, but that okay. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. We had a fantastic family vacation (8 adults) and we will for sure book again.

Check in was great, contact person was great, maintenance was great, condo was clean and location was excellent. Only negative was picture showed chase lounge chairs and table with 6 chairs on balcony and they were not there. Other than that, all was excellent. Thank you Kendall for answering my texts in a quick and gracious manner. You were awesome to deal with. Noah was a great on Maintenance when we had a toilet that went out and he brought us a chase lounge (no cushion) ha, but that was ok. He also brought us a card table for us ladies to play cards. Awesome stay!!!!

Loved the location and the layout of the condo. Plenty of room for all. Note a couple more seats on the balcony or a table would be nice. Perfect view from the corner unit and 6th floor was good choice. The beach was a little crowded, not from people but from all the rental chairs and umbrellas taking presidence on the beach. Pool and lazy river great. If I had to be to be pickey, a better selection of knives or a knife sharpener would be nice, but if that is only recommendation it was all good. Thanks.

The condo has one indoor and two outdoor swimming pools and our children loved to play in them. Our unit has plentiful space for four families. The back door opens to a big balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean.

This property was everything we had hoped for. As our first family getaway the unit floor plan gave us more than adequate space with seven adults and five children. The beach is very clean and the property pools were a hit. This unit was easily accessed to parking and easy drive to anything needed. We would definitely return to 611 again!

we had a family friend who was married on Orange Beach. The condo was large and very clean and well furnished. Great location and the pool, lazy river and beach make this a perfect place to stay. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Lots of great places to eat very close by.

We had a family of 8 for our winter vacation and had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Everday we saw dolphins swimming. My son and his friend fished right off the beach and had a blast catching catfish and black drum. Also, I loved the view from the kitchen overlooking the beach and ocean. Parking on the 6th floor is so nice because your door is right there. We will diffently be back. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was fully stocked. The furniture was comfortable and we loved the wet bar and ice machine. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable except the smaller bedroom with the king bed. The bed was very hard being that there was no box spring, however, waking up to the amazing views made it all worth it. The additional amenities were great. Parking directly on our floor with access to carts to move our belongings to and from the condo was perfect. The weather was a bit cooler so having the indoor pool/spas as well as the outdoor pool/lazy river was great. We loved the short walk down to the beach as well. We would definitely return to this condo and will be recommending it to others.

Great big condo esp for ages 86 down to 1. Parking and door right next to the condo made unpacking and packing easier. No waiting on elevators. Living room set up comfortable with 4 recliners and a couch. Then well lighted sitting area off to the side. Large porch overlooking ocean and pool. Lots of outdoor furniture. Would highly recommend and would rent again.
