We have special protocol in place to keep our cleaners and guest safe during these times. This includes: our clean bed program (we started this almost 3 years ago in all of our condos - one of 2 local companies to pioneer an all clean bed with clean quilts for every guest); our cleaners use disinfectants recommended by the CDC on all hard surfaces; the floors are steam mopped to sanitize; towels and laundry come bagged fresh from our laundry office where bleach is used in every wash. We are committed to doing our part to keep you safe!!

The condo did not disappoint. It had all kitchen items needed since we do cook and eat in some. It was very clean. Mattresses were all in good condition. Over all very pleased.

The property was excellent and as described. The condition of the condo was excellent, well stocked and exceptionally clean. The view from the corner condo from the balcony was outstanding and a great way to begin the day. The overall facility was in great condition and parking was no issue whatsoever. At arrival we found more than sufficient carts to assist in taking luggage and items to the condo. Although we did not use them there were a sufficient number of grills and tables to enjoy a grill out, We highly recommend Unit 1301 and the overall facility.

This condo was exactly as the pictures & listing on line described. Views from balcony were awesome. Saw dolphins everyday. If there were a downside, it would be the elevators. Only two & many times one would not be working. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!!

Great location with easy beach access with a gorgeous view and interior. Only negative and I mean only was the elevator activity at a high peak of the season and was a bit warm and sweaty. With all of the positives though this location gets a 9/10 five star rating from me.

Our stay at Crystal Shores West 1301 was great! This property has been well-maintained and the size is perfect for a big family. It was just the two of us and we loved the roominess of this 3/3 condo. Two of the bedrooms along with their two baths are somewhat private from the living room, kitchen, and the other bedroom and bath. The views are so incredible that we never turned on any one of the three televisions.

Beautifully decorated condo with plenty of kitchen ware. Ive rented a lot of places over the years and this one is definitely number one. Views are great, home is clean, and well maintained. We were just in and out for a couple of days but its so nice to have a wonderful place to come home to. The Kuerig coffee maker, nice bedding, and good electronics with Dishtv were just bonuses. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Condo was everything as advertised. Nothing could have been better ~ other than the weather. There were a couple maintenance issues that needed to be addressed & there were taken care of immediately. Condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, beds, towels, linens, pillows were all very good quality. Thank you for a very enjoyable week at our home away from home.

This condo has amazing views of the ocean and bay from every room. With2 adults and 3 teens, it was comfortable and met all of our needs. The hot tub and indoor pool were great for cooler evenings, as well as the pool tables and fooseball. I highly recommend it!

We loved the condo and I thought it was one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had in any condo. The master bedroom and bath especially the shower we really enjoyed. All the bedrooms and baths were fine. The only thing we did not have that would have been nice would be a mop and a dust pan to keep the floors clean. We would want to come back to this condo again. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, spacious and well decorated. I loved to drink coffee on the wrap around balcony and watch the dolphins. Parking was a close walk to the elevator. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed being right on the beach.

We absolutely loved this condo. The owner's were very responsive if you had any questions regarding your trip. The views were absolutely amazing. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a clean condo and this condo was very clean. I am very picky about cleanliness and this condo definitely met it. It was so relaxing and in a great location. Lots of restaurants down the street and things to do. We would definitely stay here again! Love, Love, Love this place! Can't say enough great things about it!

This is an excellent condo to stay in at Gulf Shores! Plenty of room. We were very comfortable in our bedrooms, plenty of storage for our clothes. Bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen is stocked with all that you need to prepare meals. Besides some of the ropes and construction going on at the property the ocean views were wonderful. We would have enjoyed being able to use the hot tub, but it and the outside pool were not opened. Well the hot tub was if you wanted to climb over plywood to get to it. Over all this was a great place to stay and we had a great week!
