Great Orange Beach Location! Cozy And Affordable! Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

It was really clean and looks even better than the pictures. I loved it!

Had a great stay with family thru the holiday, weather was perfect. Only suggestion its to add some warm beachy colors to interior.white I imagine it is hard to enjoy with children. Would return for sure.

Everything was perfect. Simple parking and quick access to #308. The walk to beach on the boardwalk was quick and easy, and the pool was awesome. The condo was equipped with all the beach supplies we needed, chairs, mats and boogie boards. Toys, too. We walked across the street for great food at the Wolf Bay Lodge, and enjoyed walking around the Marina looking at the charter boats. We also enjoyed meals at the Shrimp Basket. Everything we needed was within walking distance and we never moved from our parking space. We didn't have time to prepare food at the condo, but it had everything needed to do so. Hope to go back soon.

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the short time we were there! It was very clean and had a great location and view. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when trying to achieve and earlier check in time. The only recommendation I have is to have a few more kitchen supplies. We cooked in and assumed there would be salt and pepper/chefs knife/coffee filters. Those would be a nice addition :) Beautiful condo and nicely kept!

Very clean and well decorated. Spacious and had all we needed for our stay from utensils to beach toys. Loved indoor and outdoor pool and gulf front views. Will be back.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed in this condo. We came back because it was priced more reasonably than other two bedroom condos in the same building. It is very clean and nicely decorated. We had one small problem with the faucet in the master bath. Property manager responded quickly and the issue was fixed by the next morning. When we plan our visit for next summer, I will definitely check to see if this condo is available.

Beautiful view of the gulf from this property! The unit has all the amenities you need. New appliances and the condo is tastefully furnished. The property management team, Alabama Getaway was very responsive to any questions we had. The very best part is falling asleep in the master bedroom to the lulling sound of the surf!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Only issue was the owners had recently upgraded couches and the new one does not have a sleeper. We contacted the rental agency (they were very helpful) and they brought an air mattress for us.

We loved our condo and the location of it. Very convenient to everything. Would not mind staying there next year. Would have liked nicer weather but it was a lot warmer than home.

We were very pleased with our stay at 308 Tidewater. The third floor condo was high enough to see over the dunes and palms trees, but not scary high. The location on the east side of Orange Beach was good with restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished with a beach vibe. Both bedrooms wand the living room had ceiling fans and very nice wall mounted flat screen TVs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances all worked beautifully. The bathrooms were spotless and the big tub in the master was luxurious. As tall people We appreciated the shower heads placed high enough for us. I also felt safe in the building. Both the parking lot and the condo had touch pads for entry (nice to not have to mess with a key). There was a security person on duty and the unit was equipped with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. The kitchen cabinets and counter were not deluxe, but functional. The managers, Alabama Getaway, were easy to work with. Over all in a nice affordable place to stay I would stay here again. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING IS BETTER than falling asleep in the master while listening to the sounds of the surf!!!!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this great condo. Its decorated very tastefully and has basically everything you would need on a beach vacation-including boogie boards and beach chairs. The best part of this home is the additional sliding door to the ocean facing balcony from the master bedroom-which has a very comfortable king bed. This condo is clean and spacious and the washer and dryer are a bonus. Owners are very easy to deal with and respond promptly. If we ever make it back to Orange Beach we will definitely stay here again.

This is a great stay for family vacation. It was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable.

We would definitely stay in this condo again, the beds were comfortable the view was amazing just steps to the beach! We did have a problem with the dryer but I let maintenance know and Im sure thats fixed now. Also they only had one spatula in the kitchen so we had to keep washing it by hand and sharing as there was always two of us cooking together. Other than that our stay was amazing and we cant wait until next time!!!

Very nice and well taken care of condo. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were as they should be. Our family loved Orange Beach and our stay was very nice, we would stay again for sure!

We couldn't have imagined a nicer condo and view of the beach from balcony extending from living room to our bedroom. All cooking utensils , dishes, glasses, etc were provided. They was even a closet by the washer-dryer with all kinds of kid's toys including 4 boogie board, sand castle toys(which I and my son's fianc both used in competition--she won!) Our arrival packet was not there when we arrived and the owner of the condo brought it over--he was really a great guy and even offered to go get us a bag of ice cuz the cleaning people empty the ice tray after someone leaves. But then it started filling up and everything was OK. On a scale of 1-10 we would rate this a 10! Hope to be back next year for a longer stay. Only complaint was it rained 1 day out of 10.

This was our second stay in this condo and there have been several updates since our last vacation! Some new appliances and a new couch were just a couple of things we noticed immediately. We like the convenience to Publix, OB restaurants and the Flora-Bama. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as it was cool during our stay. The rental company also offered great suggestions to nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and we hope to return soon!
