The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!
Unit 304 at Silver Beach is gorgeous! This condo was just purchased by a new owner. The unit is completely updated! The condo is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! You will find two bedrooms. The master features a king sized bed, large TV, private full bath, large closet, gorgeous gulf front views, and access to the gulf front balcony!
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV, and access to a full sized bath.
An air mattress is stocked with linens to accommodate 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need!
The new living room furniture is extremely comfortable. The 65" smart TV is great for gameday or your favorite movie!!
The dining room comfortably sits 4! You will find three more dining seats at the kitchen bar!!
The gulf front deck is very large and provides a wonderful outdoor living area with a large outdoor sofa and 2 oversized club chairs!

We stayed for a long weekend with our little dog and only left once. It was the perfect location for enjoying the beach without having to even leave the balcony! The condo was very clean and had nearly new furnishings. Bonus was NO carpet! The condo was very clean, comfortable and perfect for us. Easy check in and departure. Very responsive property managers- we will stay here again and again.

We were the first renters after a fabulous renovation. Its gorgeous!! They were still finishing the final touches after we arrived but were so easy to work with. Great management and very nice employees! Such a nice condo in a perfect location within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and beachfront! We hope to come back soon!

Clean! This condo was very clean and well maintained. No cobwebs or dust. Not even on the balcony. Comfortable! The beds were great and the bedding was so soft that I took pictures of the tags so I can try to find them. The couch was roomy and comfortable. The balcony furniture was the highest quality and really comfortable! View! A great panoramic view from the balcony AND from the window AND TWO sliding doors that both access the private balcony. Dog! One of the only condos in the area that permit 1-2 small dogs with owner permission and extra cleaning fee. Our Little Miss Sadie met many little friends during her visit and felt right at home. The washer and dryer is awesome to have, too! We had good communication with management. The condos were very soundproof! We never heard any noise from neighboring condos. Our first trip to the Orange Beach area was wonderful! (The only small suggestion I would make to new owners is to consider adding blackout curtains to the window in the smaller bedroom. The light from the outer hall at night was rather bright, and the blinds alone dont block out the light fully. Our friends said it didnt bother them and they slept fine but felt it might bother others. If Im being picky, that would be my only suggestion for improvement.). Every other thing was perfect to us and we thank both the owners and management for a great, long weekend! This is a really nice property to rent!

Very quiet and a beautiful view. Leave the patio door open and hear the waves crashing onto the beach!! Absolutely loved it. Very clean and all questions were answered promptly. We'll return!
