Silver Beach is 8 stories tall and has only 47 condos. The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!!
The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!
Unit 304 at Silver Beach is gorgeous! This condo was just purchased by a new owner. The unit is completely updated! The condo is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! You will find two bedrooms. The master features a king sized bed, large TV, private full bath, large closet, gorgeous gulf front views, and access to the gulf front balcony!
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV, and access to a full sized bath.
An air mattress is stocked with linens to accommodate 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need!
The new living room furniture is extremely comfortable. The 65" smart TV is great for gameday or your favorite movie!!
The dining room comfortably sits 4! You will find three more dining seats at the kitchen bar!!
The gulf front deck is very large and provides a wonderful outdoor living area with a large outdoor sofa and 2 oversized club chairs!

* Pre-arrival inspection: Before you check in, this property will have been inspected by 2 of our employees and one of us (the owners of Alabama Getaway). Peace of mind for you and us!!
**Pet policy: A pet agreement and non-refundable pet deposit ($100) is required for all guests requesting to bring their pet.**
Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 20lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.

Rental process was smooth and easy. Being pet friendly was the key reason we chose this condo. The condo was close to a wide variety of restaurants. Short walk to the beach and had a nice pool.

Really enjoyed our stay; the condo was clean and had everything that was needed for a long stay. Neighbors were friendly, people cleaned up after their dogs, we could walk to a few restaurants otherwise most were a short drive away. The beach is so clean and it appears everyone is very respectful of the area. The view is beautiful and it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. The only things I would suggest are new shower heads in both bathrooms and a few hooks in the both bathrooms to hang a robe or towels on. Other than that I would stay there again and would suggest it to anyone. The property owner was very nice to work with and everything was explained in detail

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Cannot beat the view, it was gorgeous, and the balcony had plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. If you like firm beds (I do) the king bed was very comfortable and they had tons of extra pillows. Quick elevators. Great location, very convenient to Walmart and Publix. We were in town for Mullet Toss and we were able to walk over to Publix and get on the shuttle to Florabama so we didn't have to drive. The beach wasn't crowded at all, plenty of room for everyone. We did not have any problems, but I did have a couple questions for the owner, and received quick response through text. Great place, would highly recommend.

Overall great! Perfect location. Nicely decorated. If you are a light sleeper sleep in the spare bedroom because master bed might wake you every time you turn...too loud for me. Otherwise lovely.

The property is exactly as advertised. It is very well equipped,so if you plan to cook and eat in it is perfect. Take coffee filters. There is one beach chair, too. That was a plus. We Loved our stay here!!!!!!
