This location was perfect, very convenient. We loved the brightness and decor of the condo. The beds were very comfortable. The extra window on the outside wall In the dining area provides even more sunshine. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. There is a market across the street with grocery items as well as beach items. We never visited the pool we stayed on the beach. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella. It was worth every penny. The umbrella that comes with the condo is definitely a one person or child size umbrella. There are two beach chairs that come with the condo. The bathroom towels are big and soft and lots of them. The fourth floor was great. We would walk down and elevator up. If you drive you can park on the third level so its a one flight walk up or down no elevator wait. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. No negatives for this place but here were a couple of issues that didnt ruin our stay. Our A/C wasnt working when we arrived and we didnt realize it until the next morning. They fixed it that day. We also had someone on the sleeper sofa and the only extra sheets were twin size. I did inform the property manager hopefully if you need it they will have bigger sheets for you. We made due with the flat sheet and blankets. Also we sat on the balcony every night and you can hear the street. Nothing you can do about that. It is what it is. Just FYI. I highly recommend this unit at Seawind.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for over 40 years. This condo was the best place weve ever stayed! It was clean, convenient, and had wonderful views. Well definitely stay here again!

The cleanest condo weve ever stayed in! I need to know the secret of how they get all the sand cleaned up. Everything from the comfortable beds to the big thick towels were all perfect! The location is great! You have Sea and Suds right there and a short drive to dozens of top notch restaurants. This place will be on the top of our list for future stays. Just hoping the fire alarm wont go off next time.

We stay at a different condo every year but this is the first place we all agreed we would come back to. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a wagon. A great view. No wait elevators. The security was there and readily available but didnt harass us like they do at other places we have stayed. This is our best vacation because we chose to stay here. Absolutely no complaints

This condo, by far, was the nicest and cleanest that we've rented in Gulf Shores in our many years of coming there. It was beautifully furnished and the kitchen very well supplied. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon for taking things to the beach. This condo was just perfect for us.

We loved our stay at Seawind 401! Weve been to Gulf Shores several times and can honestly say this is the best experience weve had. The condo is in the perfect location- we never traveled more than 15 mins. It was central to our fave dining spots of Lamberts, LuLus, Docs, and the Crab Trap. And we added a new fave, Sea and Suds, which is connected to the Seawind property. Security was great at the pools and even though we went during Fall Break, we never felt crowded. Both pool areas were kept clean and had plenty of seating options. The condo itself was spacious and also very clean. The decor is updated and the kitchen was fully stocked with new utensils and dishes. We had more than enough towels and were even supplied with trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and travel soaps. As a wife and mom, I appreciated the size of the washer and dryer because were not traveling home with loads of laundry to do! The beach chairs and beach wagon arrived on the third day of our stay but the customer service rep was really responsive to any questions or concerns we had. And the chairs and wagon were worth the wait! They made traveling with all our beach gear super easy. We had such a great time, that we ended up extending our stay and Kimberly was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to contact the owners and get us a great deal on the extra night. Check-in and check-out were also a breeze! The email provided included a key for the door entry. It was also very convenient to not have to keep up with cards or keys! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and can not wait to return again!
