Everything was seamless from renting to checking in. The place is very clean and nice, with nice furnishings. The balcony is very large with very comfortable furniture and table and chairs. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a side bar with ice machine. Plenty of ice for those cold drinks. Place was well lite and had a very fresh inviting aroma when we arrived. Outdoor area very nice with covered grilling area. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, also hot tubs. My only complaint would be there was no chair in the master bedroom. I love reading in the evening and my husband loves to watch tv. There was no place to set in the bedroom to read but on the bed. The room is very spacious and a small chair could fit by the tv next to the window! Would definitely stay again. Our stay this time was 2 weeks and would have loved to stay longer!

We had a great time at the Regency Isle. We will stay here again at 511. Everything was perfect from the easy check in/out. We were right on the beach so access was perfect. Our girls loved their room and we loved ours. The only thing is we wish we couldve stayed longer!

Really enjoyed #511, and loved the property. Loved the short walk to beach, loved the spacious balcony and the comfy furniture out there (no pics of THAT furniture...nice surprise), and the wagon and beach chairs and games were thoughtful bonuses as well! ONLY negative was no pantry in kitchen. We WILL be back!!

Clean well equipped condo as advertised. 5th floor is perfect height. The balcony is large with outdoor fans and very comfortable furniture Kitchen is well equipped and bedding is very comfortable. Condo is a great location, great beach, covered parking and only 5 minute beach walk to florabama. Hope to return soon

We loved this condo. It was tastefully decorated, immaculate, and located right where we wanted to be. Owners went above and beyond by surprising us with beach supplies. How thoughtful, since we flew down, and brought nothing like that with us!

We loved everything about the room! It was neat and clean. Loved the 2 full bath and 1/2 bath option. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was a toaster. The games were a nice touch. We spent a night sitting at the table playing the different games. I would definitely rent from the owners again. They were very kind and understanding when we had to leave early for a death in the family.
