This was our family trip after 6 years from the last one. After driving 16 hours from Wisconsin, arriving early, we were able to get an early check in. Great communication with the owners, answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Our condo was on the 18th. floor overlooking the gulf, just an awesome view of sunrises and sunsets!!! I highly recommend this company and owners !!

We had the best time staying here! The view is gorgeous, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated and we had a number to text if we had any questions. The owners left a list of some of their favorite restaurants which was super helpful! Weve been to Gulf Shores several times, but this was our first stay at Phoenix West II. Everyone agreed it was our favorite vacation condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, plus the decor was great. Our kids enjoyed the amenities and beach. We definitely visited at a busy time of year so waits for the elevator can be long at times and the pools can be crowded but that is to be expected at any location that is a summer vacation spot. We would absolutely visit again but earlier in the summer.

We had a really wonderful visit at this beautiful condo! The management company was extremely informative, communicative and helpful. Keeping in touch very frequently. The Condo apartment is absolutely beautiful with lots of space, amenities and plenty of furniture inside and outside for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very soft, with plenty of extra blankets etc. The view is quite stunning in either direction. And, the location is very close to many necessities like restaurants, stores etc. The resort facility has many great extras available for its guests. Was very impressed with this place. My family loved it. It was clean, the furniture and decor was beautiful. We needed our check-out time extended we had no problem getting in contact with the owner and they granted us an extension with no problems. Will definitely book this property next time me and my family visit Orange Beach.

The condo was very roomy and had tons of great amenities. We really enjoyed to beautiful view from the 20th floor. Even though we had rain off and on during the week, we still had an absolute blast!!! This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for us, our kids and our grandkids. It was very clean, beds were comfy and just overall it was perfect!!!
