Our family had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach. The condo was beautiful, and the view was great. We had perfect weather. It accommodated 6 of us easily and comfortably. Our girls loved the pools, and our youngest loved the splash pad. My one word of caution is that we were there during late September, and the pools were quite crowded in the afternoons (I think that the complex was at half occupancy because half the parking garage was closed). During the summer, I imagine that the pools would be overflowing with people and would not be as fun. For an off-season getaway with kids who love to swim, this is a fantastic location.

We visited with 2 other couples... no kids! This resort and condo were perfect! The condo was clean, cozy, and the 3 bed, 3.5 bath setup is perfect for everyone to have their private space. The kitchen dishes and cookware were all average but there are zero leftover spices, coffee filters, etc as you often find at destination condos... so make sure you grab those before your first morning! We were concerned about staying at a place with a lazy river and slide because we wanted to enjoy the pool without being overrun by kids. We had no issues at all! Of course there were kids but theres a ton of space so everyone got to have fun without being constricted. There are hot tubs on the 1st floor that are small and on the 14th floor that are larger for a group... the large ones were a hidden gem! Perfect. We utilized all the resort had to offer and it was all fabulous! Shuffleboard, pool, River, slide (yes... fun for adults late at night!), grills, workout room, sauna, hot tubs, and beach, of course! A+ experience! We were in Destin a month prior and the two experiences were night and day... I am not just being generous with my words!

We loved our stay in unit 1803 at Phoenix West II. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen accessories. The layout of the 3 bedrooms in Phoenix West ii provides plenty of space for extended families vacationing together and the walls are well insulated so we never heard our neighbors. The beds and furniture in this unit were all very comfortable and offered plenty of seating for our whole group, we especially liked the furniture on the balcony. Being on the 18th floor we were a little concerned about elevator wait times based on other reviews of the complex but we never had an issue and rarely waited more than 5 minutes. This could be partly due to us traveling the 2nd week of August after most Mississippi and Alabama schools already started. We look forward to returning in the future and will definitely book this same unit if it is available.

Such a wonderful vacation for our family! I chose this condo because of the patio furniture. It was great to sit out and listen to the waves on comfortable furniture vs. the standard plastic chairs. If the owners pay such attention to detail on their patio, you know everything inside was impeccable...and it was!

considering the heavy usage this condo gets, its in really good shape. The pool area is very kid-friendly with splash-pad, slide, lazy river, and indoor/outdoor pool. The elevators are fast and overall experience was great. My only complaint is that our condo was not available until ~10 minutes after 4:00. After a long drive the late check-in was kind of annoying, considering most hotel and resorts have 3:00 check-in.

Was very impressed with this place. My family loved it. It was clean, the furniture and decor was beautiful. We needed our check-out time extended we had no problem getting in contact with the owner and they granted us an extension with no problems. Will definitely book this property next time me and my family visit Orange Beach.

Condo was beautiful and spacious! The view was amazing, and the dolphins we watched in the morning hours from the balcony was very entertaining. The amenities at this property consisted of everything anyone would need to stay occupied even when the weather isn't cooperating. LOL!! WE LOVED IT!!!!
