We spent Christmas here with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room to spread out. Pictures online are accurate. Management with Alabama Getaway was great. Had a few needs when we arrived and they took care of it immediately.

Breathtaking ocean view set for comfortable group seating and relaxing. Well appointed for needs and wants. Cookware, dishes, towels, ice maker, fast and efficient washer and dryer, plenty of hot water, cleanliness, soothing decor made for convenience and enjoyment. Overlooks lazy river and slide so you can watch multi generations delight in the fun. Boardwalk cool and easy on the feet. Parking garage convenient and cool for loading Seniors and little ones. Seamless check in and check out. Maintenance immediately responsive. Beautiful while maintaining "at home feel."

This property was everything we had hoped for, and more! The rooms are spacious, and the balcony is breathtaking. We had a total of 8 adults and 2 children with us, and had room for more! My only complaint was the televisions in the bedrooms. It took awhile to figure out how to get them to work with all of the remotes, plugs, etc. We had to troubleshoot each one individually, and it ended up being a combination of moving plugs around, button combinations on the remotes, and having certain light switches in the ON position. A simple instruction sheet would be helpful :)

We loved our stay at the Phoenix West 409! The unit was perfect for our family of 12 everyone had there own room and bathroom. The beaches are fabulous here in Orange Beach, we will recommend this place to our friends and family and mostly likely be returning.

This place was a fantastic place to stay for our family! Bathrooms in every room and a extra half bath. The kitchen was plenty big enough and every room had a large window! We enjoyed the beach of coarse, the lazy river, the outdoor and indoor pool! We will be coming back!

Perfect condo!!! We will definitely be back to this condo. Three families. Perfect location for the beach, great lazy river and pools. Awesome crabbing at night along the beach. Walmart and so many souvenir shops super close. Definitely hit up The Gulf, Lulus and rent a pontoon. An amazing family trip and extremely affordable!!! Thank you!!!!

We escape the WI winter every year and travel to the Alabama coast. This condo was perfect for the 3 families in our group! The condo was spacious and clean. The pools, lazy river, hot tubs and work out facility were great amenities to have. We Loved being able to park on the level of the condo. The Only negative- would be that the lazy river and outdoor pools were not heated and were VERY cold!

My family LOVED staying in this condo. We had 4 adults (ages 28 - 51) and 4 kids ages 2 - 7, (basically 3 generations). The unit is very clean, large and fit our needs perfectly. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and loved having their own bathroom. (And let's be honest, we all did!) Probably the absolute best part was the large balcony that overlooked the lazy river and the water slide. As grandparents, we could watch the kids and grandkids from the comfort of our balcony when we were too tired to go back down. Speaking of the lazy river and water slide - we only did one activity off site because the kids preferred the water slide, lazy river and the pool (which was also wonderful). We ate out a few meals, but other than that, we had a true relaxing vacation and loved every single minute. And I didn't even mention the awesome view of the ocean. Incredible!! We will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Big and roomy with the best views of the beach and the amenities. This unit is on the 4th floor overlooking the lazy river and slide. Every room has TV's with cable and the kitchen has everything you need to feed large parties. The ice machine was great with plenty of ice on hand. My wife loved the patio so much she slept out there a few times.
