The property was exactly as represented. It's on a high floor for those of us who enjoy the bigger ocean view, but very close to the elevators for convenience. The owners were super-responsive and a pleasure to work with. I've stayed in many condos in the Orange Beach area, and can highly recommend this property on its own merits. But the responsiveness of the owners/managers really put this unit over the top. Thanks, Kendall and Jessica!

The Phoenix West building is big, spacious, and quiet. Our unit was very tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for a big family of 10. We liked having four separate baths. Great access to shopping for essentials and restaurants. No K-cup coffee maker. But we survived somehow

We had a fantastic time here for our annual cousin getaway! The property was amazing. We didn't have any extra bedding for the pull out couch, but they delivered some first thing the next morning. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

The condo was beautiful and so was the beach! Our unit was very nicely decorated and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. My family had a great time. The only downside is that the outside pools were so cold.

My wife and I stayed this past weekend with some friends and we were not disappointed. The condo was incredible and provided a great time for us to relax and kick back. Everything was well kept, clean and orderly. Any time I had a question all I had to do was reach out and someone would get back to me quickly. Although the weather wasnt great the condo had plenty of things we could do indoors to still have a good time. This condo is at the top of my list for when we come back. I will definitely be staying again in the future!
