CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The condo was perfectly accommodating, clean and convenient! The beach access was quick and easy. The condo is close to everything. Our kids enjoyed the pool and splash area. Employees were friendly. We loved shrimp basket for dinner. Had fun at Lulus for New Years Eve, did a dolphin cruise with Hudson Bay. Docs seafood was excellent and the Southern grind for coffee! The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Love the sugary white sands and beautiful decor of this condo. Everything was just as listed. We will stay again!

We had planned to stay in Myrtle Beach until receiving a call at 10pm the night before the trip, canceling due to Hurricane Dorian. We booked this condo out on a limb at Midnight on Sunday and checked in the following day and they we're happy to accommodate to our last min scheduling! We WILL be back to stay at this condo! Very clean, staff friendly resort, overall a very great trip!

This condo is immaculate and smells lovely! The kitchen is well stocked with usable pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. There is a stand up shower in the master bedroom. It's a small bathroom but meets all needs and is CLEAN! Alabama rentals have an impressive response time for anything you might need or any concerns. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 kids under 4. Everyone had a great time. There are beach and pool toys, umbrella and beach chairs in the laundry room which saved us some money. We only heard other people the last night when a large group of teens came for a track meet. The property is nice and we rarely had to wait for elevators. The kids splash pad with small water slide was a huge hit for my kids. This is definitely a condo we would rent again.

Nicely decorated condo with unbelievable views of the Gulf. I highly recommend staying here as it has everything you need... comfy beds, plenty of high quality towels, laundry room with washer/dryer, the decor is stunning, outdoor seating on balcony, a fitness center, pools, racquetball and tennis courts, and more. We travel a lot and rent in many places... and we own our own rentals in other areas... and I have to say that the property management company did an amazing job with communication and cleanliness and the owners have provided a high quality condo.

This place looks exactly like the photos. More than enough room for our family of four. The balcony is spacious!! The little kids LOVE the splash pad. The only negative was waiting on the elevator but that's a problem at any big condo complex. I definitely recommend.

This condo looks just like the pictures. The master bed was comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The master bath is a little small, especially the shower/toilet room. And as other reviewers have mentioned, there aren't a lot of places to hang towels. It meant using up a lot of the limited counter space to place clean towels. This was only a minor inconvenience though. The kitchen had everything we needed in it, and the dining table fit our whole party. The patio was just amazing. Comfy furniture, a beautiful view. The walk to the beach was so short! And the condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, and wave boards already there. And the pools/splashpad were great! I highly recommend!

Our family visits Orange beach every year and this year we decided to stay at Phoenix V room 1205 our expectations based on what we saw online were beyond exceed. We loved this condo, it was clean, well laid out, and overall in great condition. It was also really nice to have everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to beach supplies (umbrellas, chairs, and mats). We definitely recommend it and will be coming back hopefully really soon!
